Private Childbirth Education
An affordable private childbirth education offering is geared towards though that feel they would greatly benefit from one on one education that is tailored to their own specific needs, or a great option for people who may not want to pay for a birth doula but still want to feel as prepared as possible. I provide a holistic curriculum to help you broaden and expand your knowledge going throughout pregnancy, through labor, and through the fourth trimester.

Pregnancy & Labor Support
Pregnancy and labor support include three prenatal visits, one Prenatal Postpartum Planning session and two Birth Vision Planning Sessions. I am on call 24/7 from 36 weeks until baby is born, I attend your birth, you received unlimited text support, and you will get three postpartum visits.

Certified Lactation Counseling
Lactation counseling is available in person or virtually, either as a one time visit or a package set up. The visit will always include checking in on how adjusting to life with a newborn is going, observing a feeding, and providing education. Lactation counseling is not limited to only at chest body feeding, the visit could include formula feeding, pumping, and/or weaning. Options for Lactation education during pregnancy is also available.
